One IT Support is the creation of Richard Eyles. Armed with his degree in computing, a successful career in the Royal Navy and car rental industry as well as a wealth of experience in the IT industry, Richard began the business in January 2011.
The company began offering its clients business solutions from day one with the goal of being a friendly and knowledgeable managed service provider. This foundation allowed experienced as well as up-and-coming engineers to join the team.
Technical Director Piers Davies-Smith joined the business in 2013, quickly progressing up the ranks. His knowledge and expertise pushed forward the growth of the company increasing the level of business services offered.
